Tell me about it
Order first, then I'll email you a link to send photos — as many as you like. Tell me who's in it and what it's for. If a photo won't work, I'll say so before we go further.

I send you a mockup
Before any paint touches canvas, I compose a concept and send it to you. You approve it, or we change it. Cancel any time before you approve — full refund, no questions.

I paint it
About a week at the easel, in oil, by hand, by me.

You review it
I photograph the finished painting and send it. Tell me what to change. I revise until you're happy. Usually 3–5 days.

Oil needs surface-dry then ships
I allow roughly one week for the painting to dry enough for safe handling and shipping. Then it ships free within the U.S.
Most portraits ship about four weeks after you approve your mockup. I guarantee no later than five.
If I'm ever going to miss that, I'll tell you before it happens and you can cancel for a full refund.
